A. All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground Service…FedEx Express is available for an additional charge. Upon completion of your order, you will receive a FedEx confirmation number advising you of your order being shipped. Your order can then be tracked at www.fedex.com .
Q. Which Sport does AllSportMinis currently make Mini Jerseys for?
A. One of the beautiful things about our product is that it is a Fully Customized, so if you can dream it, we can very well attempt to make it. So whether you are interested in purchasing for a mainstream sport or something a little more obscure, we will do our best to help you out. Q. Does AllSportMinis make Jerseys for Professional Sports Teams?
A. No. As AllSportMinis is the creative entity behind the Framed Mini Jersey Concept, we are not currently involved in creating or seeking any affiliation with any Major Professional Sports Leagues. Instead another company named www.OriginalMiniJerseys.com was created along with NFL Greats LA Rams Eric Dickerson and LeRoy Irvin for the sole purpose of working with the NFL and currently as an NFL License in place. It is also currently working on creating partnerships with the NBA, MLB and/or NHL in the not too distant future.
Q. How big is each AllSportMinis Framed Jersey?
A. Your framed piece will measure approx. 14.25” x 17.25” and comes in a Dark Walnut finish.
Q. How do I display my AllSportMinis Jersey?
A. The frame can be hung on a wall in either a Portrait format or Landscape format. The Frame includes a hook that is already installed. In addition, your frame contains an easel back/stand which gives you the option of displaying your Jersey on any flat surface, again in either Portrait or Landscape format.
Q. How long does it take to receive my AllSportMinis Jersey?
A. From Start to Finish you must anticipate that you will receive your order in approx. 3-4 weeks due to the Custom Nature of the product. Upon ordering you will receive an approximate completion date and must anticipate the duplication process taking 1-3 weeks depending on the level of difficulty of your Framed Mini Jersey. After allowing that 3 week duplication process, you should allow at least one week for the shipment process. All products are manufactured and distributed from Southern California so shipment across country could take anywhere from 5-7 Business days.
Q. Does AllSportMinis ship to a P.O. Box?
A. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. We recommend having your AllSportMinis Framed Jersey shipped to a work address instead if that is possible.
Q. Does AllSportMinis offer Specials?
A. We anticipate AllSportMinis.com may be able to run Holiday Specials from time to time in the very near future. To be notified about those specials please click here. In addition, AllSportMinis.com always offers Group/Team Discounts which varies depending on the number of players ordered at one time.
Q. Does AllSportMinis only offer products that are sports related?

Q. How does AllSportMinis Money Back Guarantee work?
A. We are so confident you will be happy with your Final Product, we offer a Money Back Guarantee. While we don’t anticipate this every happening we are Fully Dedicated to our product. We’ll gladly refund your money should your product not be everything you thought it would be. However, the Framed Mini Jersey must be returned within 30 days of reciept with a letter explaining why you wish to return the product. Once received, you will be reimbursed for the price you paid for the product plus your Ground shipping cost provided you provide a receipt of the actual Ground shipment cost from your any major shipping company such as FedEx Ground, UPS Ground and/or USPS Priority.
Note: If you are simply not happy due to a defect/damaged product or your product was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately and we will work to find a remedy expeditiously. Please remember, no two cases are alike, and we will always work to find a solution that offers the most minimal inconvenience for our customers, however all Overnight solutions must be endured by the customer unless your order was originally placed including Overnight Service. We apologize for this inconvenience, however if there are time constraints for your product we recommend you use our Overnight Service.
